Jazz Camp: June 10 - 14, 9:00 AM to 4:00
Band Camp: June 17 - 27, 9:00 AM to 3:00
Leadership: June 10 - 13, 4:00 PM - 8:00
New this year! We have extended Leadership camp to 4 days. The additional day will include Advanced Conducting Techniques. This additional day will aid those interested in becoming drum major, or anyone pursuing a music degree after graduation and wanting a deeper study into directing an ensemble.
After care is available for our band and percussion campers. After care will run from the end of camp from 3:00 to 5:30. The cost will be an additional $150.00 for the nine days of camp. Late fees will apply for students picked up after 5:30.

Students must provide their own lunch! Please have your lunch and all personal items well marked.
Recommended age: students entering grades 8-12, including current year high school graduates, with a minimum of two years experience and play one of the following instruments: alto, tenor or baritone saxophone, trumpet, trombone, guitar, piano, electric or upright bass or drums.
Activities: Jazz Ensembles, Master Classes, Improvisation, Jazz History, Jazz Theory and Jazz Combos for advanced students.
Limited Enrollment: Based on instrumentation, first-come, first-serve basis with full tuition payment
Band Camp Activities: Band rehearsals for all levels, Master Classes, Listening Sessions, Music Theory, Ear Training, Brass and Woodwind Ensembles for advanced students.
Percussion Camp We have two outstanding percussion instructor, Matt Nichols who will show students all of the tricks of the trade through Ensemble rehearsals and Master Classes as well as technique development for all levels. Percussion Camp runs concurrently with Band Camp.
Recommended Age: students entering grades 7-12, including current year high school graduates, with a minimum of one year playing experience and play a traditional band instrument. (No strings.)

Leadership Camp was created in the summer of 2015 to provide an opportunity for students to learn the skills required for a leadership role in their individual band programs, which will also benefit them after high school.
Age: students entering grades 9-12, including current high school graduates. If you are a music student who aspires to be a leader within your own school music program this camp is for you.
Activities: Marching Basics, Conducting, Teaching Techniques, Communication Skills, Team Building.
